Flexi Serviced Office Suite is a shared serviced office facilities whereby a number of tenants jointly rent a serviced office room for a period of 1 year or more. Usage will be based on the number of hours the tenant pre-purchase and all usage are based on advance booking to ensure exclusivity.

Remarks
1  All usage of Flexi Serviced Office is subject to availability.
2  Booking of usage should be made at least 24 hours before the usage.
3  Any cancellation to confirm booking shall be made 48 hours.
4  All booking and cancellation of the usage should be made in writing (normal email or through our support ticket).
5  Usage hour is strictly during standard office hour (9am - 6pm), Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
6  Minimum 2 hours usage per booking.
7  Additional usage of Flexi Serviced Office in excess of the contracted hours will be charged at RM25 per hour during the term of the agreement.
8  If you require this tenancy agreement to be stamped by the stamping office (LHDN) there will be an additional RM150 fee.
